This is the most enjoyable action movie released in 2015 that I have seen. The plot might seem redundant but the execution of it is unique and credit must be given to the director Matthew Vaughn. His camera placement during the action scenes was amazing and did not feel at all like you were struggling to know what is actually going on. There was lots of kicking, punching and killing going around but he made it a lot of fun. It was like a modern touch on the action movies of old. To me, it looked like I was in a first person shooter game for some of the fight scenes and in a zombie movie during others, and it was awesome to watch. All the actors were great but for me, Colin Firth and Taron Egerton, and Samuel L Jackson just stood out as the heroes and villain respectively. Who knew Colin can be such an action star. I think I can only compare his turn on being an action hero to Liam Neeson's in Taken. Taron Egerton should get noticed now with his performance in this movie. And Mr. Jackson was hilarious and villainous at the same time. The placement of background music for different scenes was also just perfect for me.
Overall Review: Fun entertainer
