1. Best Picture
The more I think about it, the more I am finding it hard to get one name out of the 8 films nominated. But, since I have to I will go for Boyhood to win this award with Grand Budapest Hotel a dark horse.
2. Best Actor in a Leading Role
I think Eddie Redmayne should win this but considering that Michael Keaton is getting a lot of buzz (deservedly so) and also he is a Hollywood royalty, he might win it. But, personally, this is Eddie Redmayne's award.
3. Best Actress in a Leading Role
Although, I haven't seen Still Alice, I will go by the appreciation for Miss Julianne Moore and predict her as the winner. If I go by all the films I saw, the award would have been Reese Witherspoon's for Wild.
4. Best Actor in a Supporting Role
I am predicting J.K. Simmons to win this award. Whiplash is amazing because of him and Miles Teller.
5. Best Actress in a Supporting Role
Patricia Arquette from Boyhood wins this for me
6. Best Animated Feature Film
Still finding it hard that Lego Movie wasn't nominated.
7. Best Cinematography
I will go for Grand Budapest Hotel for this one with Birdman coming close.
