I felt both the leading actors did a good job. This is not a movie with story deserving of awards for dramatic performances but is still a fun movie to watch. I find myself seeing these movies during my snack time or when I just want a simple story to not use my mind too much. And, do not misunderstand this for a movie that literally has no brains. This one is just a movie that tells a life story that could be yours or your next door neighbor's.
There is a fun chemistry between Anne and Robert and I enjoyed it a lot. I also liked the comedy in the film which did not appear to be forced.
Go watch it when you just want to lie down a bit.
