I have seen this two times and have enjoyed it both times. My points I collected from watching this movie:
- More personal even if you see the world at an end, feels more personal to the superheroes than saving the world
- Black Widow death spoilt for me so affected me less I think
- Jeremy Renner and Scarlet Johansson play their relationship really well.
- Captain Marvel’s screen time was perfect for me and personally I feel her movie after Endgame would have been more perfect to start the next phase of MCU. I am in love with Brie Larson and her new Captain Marvel look in this movie
- The rat in the movie is the true hero getting Ant Man out of the quantum realm
- Tony Stark’s perfecting the time travel physics could have used more background (yes I know there is a lot to pack)
- Above all, even with the plot holes in the movie, this movie felt like a perfect culmination to this amazing universe that Marvel Studios built starting from Iron Man in 2008.
- Thor’s belly and jokes about it could be considered fat shaming at times mostly because of some jokes made about it but after what Thor has gone through it didn’t bother me. Also the people who are making jokes about it are his friends which happens in real life. I will give it that he looked like a real Viking in this form with the addition of belly and long beard. Thor’s storyline has been amazing throughout this Universe. His scene with his mother was great acting.
- Time Travel is definitely confusing and you will find yourself reading about it after you watch the movie.
- Nebula had one of the best arcs in the movie. Karen Gillan, who I wasn't behind so far in previous movies, did a great job in this one.
- I wish Hulk also had one his big moments in the movie but he didn’t
- I felt the scene with all girl superheroes as though it was pushed to the viewer because I was feeling what they were portraying in that scene anyways via Scarlett Witch, Black Widow, Captain Marvel etc. but the shot itself was awesome. I realized they might be teasing A-Force from the comics too.
- Iron Man’s initial scene when he has a fight with Captain America and in his final scenes with Spiderman and Pepper Potts were amazingly acted by Robert Downey Jr. Both Tom Holland and Gwyneth Paltrow did great too and I was emotional when he died.
- Avengers..assemble is my favorite line and moment in the film I think along with Captain America lifting Mjölnir
